What wax do we use?

We use 100% soy wax – it is biodegradable and vegan friendly. No animal testing has been conducted during the manufacturing process of the wax 

Why do we use wooden wicks?

We have chosen to use wooden wicks for a variety of reasons

• We love the way they look 
• They are slow burning, giving your candle a longer burn time
• They are most sustainable when compared with the traditional cotton wick 

Do I need to trim my wick?

No initially, your candle is ready to go! However, to ensure the best burn out of your candle, gently pinched off the top of the wick when needed 

How long do I need to burn my candle for?

As wax has an initial memory, during the first few burns allow your candle to burn for 2-3 hours or until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar – this will prevent it from tunnelling. 

Is delivery available for my order?

Delivery is available for any orders (no minimum spend) on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Pick up can also be arrange on request.  

How much is postage?

All orders which require shipping will be charged a flat rate of $10 

How long will it take to receive my order?

For all orders please allow a minimum of 7 days before your order is dispatched. This is due to the fact all items are made to order.  

How will my candle be packaged?

All candles will be bubble wrapped and then carefully packed into a cardboard box.
